|Recommended: YesHaving the opportunity to live for 5 months at the Oaks appartment, it was an amazing stay. Honestly the quality of the residence linked to the Price is perfect. It very well maintained, very clean and very safe. Everything administrative was easy thanks to Glenda, the residence manager, who is very kind and easy to contact. Thanks also for Rigo who is very kind and who take care of the residence perfectly. I also recommend the swimming pool and barbecues, that are also very nice. To summarize I highly recommand the Oaks appartment for any new tenant.

|Recommended: YesI had an excellent experience living at The Oak Apartments in Mesa for six months. The property is very well maintained, and the neighborhood feels safe and peaceful, which made it a great place to live. The apartments are clean, comfortable, and well cared for.
A special thanks to Glenda, the leasing manager, for her kindness and professionalism. She is incredibly helpful and makes everything easy for residents. I would also like to highlight Rigo from maintenance, who is responsive, efficient, and does a great job taking care of any issues.
I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend The Oak Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live.

|Recommended: YesFinally found a place that feels right at home — I recently move here from out of state. I initially rented a place in Chandler AZ. While the property was nice, it just didn't feel like home. While exploring Mesa, I came across The Oaks Apartments and moving here it has been the best decision I've made. The manager Ms. Glenda is incredibly friendly, and Rigo does an amazing job keeping the property clean and well maintained . Overall it truly feels like home here at The Oaks Apartments. I will definitely recommend this property apartments to all my friends and co-workers.

The apartment wasn’t available for a couple months and she kept me informed and had an open communication with me during the whole process.
