|Recommended: YesAmazing — The Oaks is a really nice place to live at in my opinion. Everything from housing space to the sound to the amenities is something you would hardly find anywhere else And to add, Glenda, the property manager along with the owners, have been very helpful and friendly to me throughout the entire time I’ve been here. I would highly recommend living here at The Oaks and I have no regrets for choosing these apartments

|Recommended: YesWhere do I start I feel so blessed to have gotten to know Glenda the manager and she is RARE a true GEM And I have not had the pleasure of actually meeting the Owner, but I would like you Sir to know that no words can express our Gratitude for your kindness mercy humanity you have shown us in a really difficult predicament we were facing, you as well are a rarity and I have the upmost Respect for you and your Manager Glenda I have never felt more Blessed and more gratefulness for you guys I hope maybe one day to have the honor of meeting you or speaking to you even I’m this day and age I know we are all trying to get by, survive and give our families all that we can, but what you have given to my husband and I and my Son is astounding Peace of mind, huge weights lifted off our shoulders, a heart overflowing with gratitude, respect renewed Faith that there are without doubt amazing human beings that still exist and willingness to allow things to be made right ….

My husband and I have lived at the Oaks for 3 years and it's been wonderful The residents are friendly and our children have felt safe playing in the apartment community. A clean, family, and pet-friendly place to call home. It's in a great location, close to Home Depot, Walmart, restaurants, just to mention a few. My biggest thanks go to the property manager, Glenda, for her friendly, positive, and attentive personality. The best property manager I ever had in my entire life. Another shout-out goes to hardworking Rigo, who makes sure all work orders are completed as soon as possible. I have already recommended the Oaks to my family and friends. Yes

You do not see people roaming around here making noises just calm like the ocean.
I give credits to Glenda for being a very nice and helpful manager. She will go above and beyond just to maintain safety for people living here and future tenants. She is one of the best property managers I’ve ever met.
I 100 recommend this place. I know you will not regret renting here.

The property is always clean and the best part is the Manager she is very friendly and excels in customer service. Rigo is a hard working man. Highly recommend this place to anybody.

Glenda Rigo are so awesome When there was any issue with maintenance with my apartment Rigo was so easy to work with and he fixed whatever issue I had and took care of it quickly. Glenda is very easy going and great to work with. She keeps everything in order. It was a quiet environment and a nice place to call home. It it wasn't for me moving out of state to care for a family member, I would still be here renting. Choose The Oaks as your next place to live. You will love it here. Thank you Glenda Rigo for everything. You both rock

|Recommended: YesSafe Community, Well Maintained, Excellent Leasing Property Manager — Have only lived here for a month but I could say it's my home to stay. Ground and buildings are well maintained. Have the luxury of a swimming pool behind my unit. Ample parking spaces but could make better difference of there are more shaded parking spots so that vehicles don't get too hot specially during the summer months. Glenda, the property leading manager exerts all effort to make each resident feel at home. Location of complex is right close to the downtown area for grocery, food shopping, dining and about every kind of businesses are within reach including houses of worship.

|Recommended: YesGreat property overall compared to nearby properties — Office staff is great, property is clean, plenty of parking. I have recommended one that is renting here now and will continue to recommend this property. I plan to renew my lease for a 4th term.
