|Recommended: YesWelcoming and quiet — I relocated from Sacramento. Before I moved I contacted Glynda the manager just to inquire. A couple of months later she diligently contacted me notifying me of the status of the apartment and informing me that she was available for anything I needed to make my transition smooth. The follow up was a surprise but what was more appealing was the fact that she remembered every detail of our previous conversation months before. Since I have arrived, she has been very welcoming and accessible. The property is kept very clean from the buildings to the landscaping. I rarely hear anything but the landscapers cleaning off the sidewalks. This is my first time living in an apartment since I was in college and I have to say it is lovely. The condition of the apartment was clean and refreshing. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.

|Recommended: YesGood location and good management — Very convenient location. Grounds are well maintained. Laundry facilities work as expected. Only gripe is that it's can be pretty loud if you're below another tenant, but I wear noise cancelling headphones almost all day, so this hasn't been an issue for me.

|Recommended: YesYou'll love living here. I gave Noise 4 stars due to the yard workers. They come early and stay for awhile very loud with the blowers and things. This doesn't help for those who might work overnight need sleep in the morning and or have trouble sleeping at night. I gave overall 4 stars solely due to the deposit and the paint on the walls baseboards wasn't easy to wipe . I also expected some of my 500 deposit back but, I got nothing back and ended up owing an extra 94. The tile was chipped riped on a few places in the bedrooms due to moving furniture around while living there. Aside from this, I would live here again lift the furniture, use more area rugs under furniture .

The apartment manager Glenda is an absolutely amazing manager she has gone above and beyond To help me out. She is the most courteous, pleasant, polite, helpful, sweet person Her boss is also very helpful kind and has gone above and beyond for me as well. The apartment maintenance was always prompt and courteous when something needed to be handled they were on top of it. I would highly recommend this apartment complex

The property manager Glenda is the most courteous, friendly, polite manager that I have ever dealt with at an apartment complex she went above and beyond in many ways for myself I believe Glenda treats everybody like this she's a very nice person excellent property manager Her boss is also an amazing person who went above and beyond for me The property maintenance is also very courteous, polite, prompt and took care of things that needed to be handled right away when I called the office. If your looking for a small complex, quiet, peaceful, and safe to live in the Oaks is highly recommended

The Property manager Glenda is an amazing, courteous, pleasant, and such a nice person to deal with. I've lived at other partements I've never had a manager treat somebody as good as she treated myself and I believe that's how she treats everybody She went above and beyond in so many ways for me Her boss is also an amazing very nice person as well I would highly recommend these apartments if your looking for quality living with peace quiet and great management
