|Recommended: YesGreat place to live Highly recommend. — I lived at The Oaks almost 2 years and I had nothing but good experiences The Oaks has everything you need from a gym to a small dog park They are pet friendly You can find 2 laundry facilities, a clean pool, and the property is kept very clean and well maintained. It’s pretty quiet for the most part, you do have some noice but that’s part of living in an apartment you will get that anywhere. The location is amazing Super close to Walmart, Tempe marketplace, Cubs stadium, a movie theatre is nearby and there are plenty of places to eat The apartment itself is clean and updated with hardwood floors in most units Rooms are pretty big I lived in a 2 bedroom and after that a 1 bedroom and I loved both units Managment always responds in a timely manner and any maintenance issues are usually resolved in a day if not then 24 hours Overall The Oaks was a great place to live

|Recommended: YesThe Oaks nice place to live. — This is the second time I have lived here at the Oaks. Very easy access to the the 202 and 101 freeway right down the road. Shops and restaurants fairly close. You Mesa River view and and Tempe Marketplace. Staff is nice and professional.

|Recommended: YesProblems with the new manager, we need attention with our stuffs. — hemos reportado las lavadoras de arriba del edificio 1 ya que una lavadora se encuentra descompuesta por dias y no la han reparado desde hace dias, tenemos un foco fundido, ya lo reportamos desde hace semanas y no nos han atendido, el contenedor de la basura siempre esta repleto de basura al punto de que esta caiga al suelo y todo se vea bastante sucio, la representante de los apartamentos no se encuentra en la oficina por largos tiempo de trabajo, los apartamentos en los que vivimos son The Oaks Apartments 524 W 9th St and my apartment is 204 gracias.
