|Recommended: YesGreat property, excellent staff, nice apartments, DOG FRIENDLY — I really enjoy living here. The staff is always friendly and helpful and know me and my two dogs by name. Maintenance is completed thoroughly and in a timely fashion. There's always a place to park infront of my apartment. Sure it might not be in the nicest of areas but the complex feels safe and it's well worth the rent to live here.

|Recommended: YesThis place has given me peace and quiet at night when I sleep and I thank the neighbors and LandLords for it — I like living here the rent is affordable, they keep up with the maintnence keeps the place looking nice. It's really close to shopping places, close to my work, when something breaks in my apartment someone is there to fix it the same day maintnence crew is really nice and so are the LandLords. If you have any questions they are always honest and straight up forward. Also the neighbors are really nice.

|Recommended: YesA great place for folks just starting out. — The staff is friendly and helpful, the grounds are tidy, and the apartments have all new appliances. However, they run on the small side and noise is a problem. Lots of children in the complex be careful when driving in the parking lot, as that's where they play and had neighbors screaming at each other at all hours the entire 1.5 years I lived here. Location is convenient close to Tempe Marketplace, ASU, and the 101, 202, and 60 . No in unit washer dryer and no patios balconies. Pet friendly.
|Recommended: YesExcellent complex, friendly and professional staff, and a great price — As a first time apartment renter, I was a little wary of going into an apartment after living in a house but the staff at The Oaks have made it a very easy transition. I've always received timely and excellent service anytime I had an issue or a question about renting. The community here is nice and friendly, and its really quiet here. They're really meticulous on the landscaping, and you can tell they take pride in keeping the facilities as in great condition. The new parking lot is great I'm close to everything and the freeway is nearby but not too close that I hear all the traffic. All in all, its been very easy to call this place home, definitely recommend
|Recommended: YesNice enough property — The apartment itself is nice. It is comfortable and feels like home. Though the noise level is higher than is tolerable, specifically with up downstairs neighbors. We can feel the floor shake every time someone walks by, especially children running.
